Abdullah Ahmad

Abdullah Ahmad, Sheikh lived in 1878-1938, he was born in Padang Panjang, WestSumatra. In 1895 after go for Hajj, he resided in Mecca for religious instruction to continue with the leadership of Sheikh Ahmad Chatib.

In 1899 he returned to teach at the Padang Panjang surau Iron Bridge, a modernschool classes systematically, using the benches and regular school supplies. Thenestablish Adabiah School in Padang, the first modern Islamic school in Minangkabau.

In 1911 he published  a magazine al Munir which broadcast in addition to their ownpens are also articles by scholars such as Sheikh Haji Abdulkarim Amrullah, HM ThaibOmar Sheikh, Sheikh Jamil HM Jambek who expresses the modern flow. In 1915religious complexion changed to School of the People of that age.

In 1918 he founded the Union of Islamic teachers and later founded the Normal School (School Teacher) of Islam. In 1926 he was sent to Cairo to attend the congress Chilafah. Abdullah Ahmad is a youth leader in his time.

Abdulkarim Amrullah

Abdulkarim Amrullah, Sheikh Haji lives in 1879-1945, he was born in Maninjau,Minangkabau and died in Jakarta. He is a great scholar, a new flow figures inIndonesian Islam. In 1894 after graduation his father Sheikh Amrullah and SheikhMuhammad Yusuf in Cane River, Pariaman, he was on the pilgrimage and settled inMecca, and learning on Chatib Shaykh Ahmad, Muhammad Tahir Djalaludin, andothers.

In 1901 he returned to Indonesia to become a teacher in Batang river. Havingperformed the pilgrimage once again, he moved into the field and helping publicationmagazine Al Manar. In 1914 moved to Padang Panjang, teaching in the mosque andbroadcast the teachings of the Iron Bridge and the new pahamnya in all corners of theMinangkabau.

He advocated for returning to the Holy Quran and Sunnah and leave the blind imitation,combating heresy, heresy and superstition and customs that are contrary to Islam;affect the teaching system at the mosque, advocating religious broadcasting outsidethe mosque, mosque and school.

In 1918 he founded Thawalib Sumatra, associations Madrasah students in PadangPanjang and change the system in suraunya lesson. In that year also helped shape theUnion of Islamic teachers. In 1922 resigned as a teacher Thawalib Sumatra and givelessons in their own homes.


In 1926 he went to Cairo to attend the congress Chilafah, on returning from there, he settled in Sungai Batang teaches religion and authored textbooks. In August 1941 hewas exiled by the Dutch colonial government to Sukabumi. After the Dutch surrender,he was allowed to move and settle in Jakarta until his death.


Abdulkarim Amrullah

Abdulkarim Amrullah, Syekh Haji hidup tahun 1879-1945, ia dilahirkan di Maninjau, Minangkabau dan meninggal di Jakarta. Ia merupakan ulama besar, tokoh aliran baru dalam Islam Indonesia. Pada tahun 1894 setelah tamat belajar pada ayahnya Syekh Amrullah dan Syekh Muhammad Yusuf di Sungai Rotan, Pariaman, ia naik haji dan bermukim di Mekah, dan belajar pada Syaikh Ahmad Chatib, Muhammad Tahir Djalaludin, dan lain-lainnya.

Pada tahun 1901 ia pulang ke Indonesia menjadi guru di sungai Batang. Setelah menunaikan haji sekali lagi, ia pindah ke Padang dan membantu penerbitan Majalah Al Manar. Tahun 1914 pindah ke Padang Panjang, mengajar di surau Jembatan Besi dan menyiarkan ajaran dan pahamnya yang baru di seluruh pelosok daerah Minangkabau.

Ia menganjurkan untuk kembali kepada Kitab Suci Al Qur'an dan Sunnah dan meninggalkan taklid buta, memberantas bida'ah-bida'ah dan tahyul serta adat istiadat yang bertentangan dengan Islam; mempengaruhi sistem pengajaran di surau, menganjurkan penyiaran agama di luar masjid, surau dan sekolah.

Pada tahun 1918 ia mendirikan Sumatra Thawalib, perkumpulan pelajar-pelajar Madrasah di Padang Panjang dan mengubah Sistem pelajaran di suraunya. Pada tahun itu juga ikut membentuk Persatuan Guru-guru Agama Islam. Pada tahun 1922 mengundurkan diri sebagai guru Sumatra Thawalib dan memberi pelajaran di rumahnya sendiri.

Pada tahun 1926 ia pergi ke Kairo untuk menghadiri Muktamar Chilafah, sekembalinya dari sana, ia menetap di Sungai Batang mengajarkan agama dan mengarang buku pelajaran. Pada bulan Agustus 1941 ia diasingkan oleh pemerintah Kolonial Belanda ke Sukabumi. Setelah Belanda menyerah, ia diizinkan pindah dan menetap di Jakarta hingga wafatnya.

Abdulkarim


Abdulkarim is a leader in the Rif tribes of Morocco. In 1925 he and his troops 
were defeated by the combined French and Spanish troops and then exiled 
to the island of Reunion. In 1947 he fled to Egypt and North Africa led the 
independence movement.

Abdulkarim

Abdulkarim merupakan pemimpin suku-suku Rif di Maroko. Pada tahun 1925 ia dan pasukannya dikalahkan oleh tentara gabungan Prancis dan Spanyol kemudian diasingkan ke pulau Reunion. Pada tahun 1947 ia melarikan diri ke Mesir dan memimpin gerakan kemerdekaan Afrika Utara.

Polusi Udara Sebabkan Autis


       
       Tahu nggak sih ternyata polusi udara sangat berbahaya bagi anak-anak kenapa karena sistem imunitasnya belum terbentuk sempurna sehingga dapat berakibat pada kerusakan otak. Anak menjadi berperilaku agresif antisosial dan memungkinkan melakukan tindakan kekerasan.

       Penderita autis perlu menjalani beberapa terapi untuk proses penyembuhannya yaitu terapi obat, perilaku, wicara, okupansi, dan pendidikan khusus. Penggunaan masker saat beraktifitas di luar rumah sangat efektif untuk mengurangi terserapnya udara yang tercemar ke dalam tubuh mengingat tingkat polusi udara yang sudah sangat tinggi di kota-kota besar bahkan di atas ambang batas untuk ibukota.

       In any company, there are problems, which can deflect the work force. The manager should be there to guard against these and to protect the team. If a new project emerges which not given an impossible deadline. If someone in your team brings forward a good plan, you must ensure that it receives a fair hearing and that your team knows and understands the outcome. If someone is in your team has a problem at work, you have to deal with it.

Good Communicator

       The ability to communicate with people is the most important skill by managers and team members. The Manager is also the team's link to the larger organisation. He must have the ability to effectively negotiate and use persuasion when necessary to ensure the success of the team and project. Through effective communication, manager support individual and team achievements by creating guidelines for accomplishing tasks and for the career advancement of team members.



Enthusiasm



       If Managers are negative - they bring staffs down. Manager with enthusiasm, with a bounce in their step, with a can-do attitude. Many people tend to follow people with a can-do attitude. Enthusiastic Managers are committed to their goals and express this commitment through optimism.






Competence

       Managers will be chosen based on their ability to successfully lead others rather than on technical expertise, as in the past. Effective dealing of Problems

       The first step in dealing with a problem employee is to identify the trouble. Coaching requires a manager to work one-on-one with problem employees or to assign another employee to work with the employee to overcome their shortcomings. The mentor should provide the employee with feedback and solutions for improving their performance. Poor performance



       Poor performance is not always due to a lack of skills; the employee may simply be disorganized or sloppy. These habits can usually be corrected with proper guidance. If performance difficulties relate to a lack of skills, consider coaching or additional training.











Job incompatibility





       In some cases an employee becomes a problem because their skills aren't compatible with their assigned tasks or regular duties. In this case, offering the employee additional training or assigning them a different set of tasks is usually the most appropriate course of action.



Sloppy work

       When you notice that, an employee has made some errors, point out the mistakes to the employee and monitors their work more closely. If the problem persists, speak with the employee and detail the most serious examples of problems with their work. Remember to remain positive and focus on how important the employee's contribution is to the company.









Create an effective message


       Consider the specific informational needs of executives, middle managers, supervisors and employees, and tailor your message to fit each audience. An effective message should also explain how your employees´ day-to-day duties directly affect the company's performance and should touch on the values and pride of the employees. A direct, face-to-face interaction can help reinforce positive attitudes inspire employees and help them adapt to the change.



Listen to your employees

       Employee feedback is critical in managing change. Holding focus groups with employees is a great way to gauge reaction and monitor the progress of change. You also can encourage employees to provide feedback through email or the company intranet. Communication is the cornerstone to successful change management. Talking to your employees is not a one-time event, and you need to reinforce your message by communicating early and often.



To be an effective manager you must know yourself, your strengths and your weaknesses, and those of the people around you. You must know your objectives and have a plan of how to achieve them. You must build a team of people that share your commitment to achieve those objectives, and you must help each team member to achieve their best which will be able to attain a common goal.
